We recommend replacing skylights at the same time as your roof. Skylights have a similar life span as shingles so it makes sense to replace them together.
We use a synthetic breathable underlayment for the shingles which allows for more breathability for the wood under the shingles.
Attic venting is very important because it allows your roof structure to breathe. We make sure to install the proper ventilation system for your attic when installing a new roof.
